The mobile industry is foaming at the mouth at this point, waiting for news on what Apple is going to bring to the table with their fifth generation iPhone. T-Mobile Germany even started taking preorders for the iPhone 5, or iPhone 4S depending on who you talk to, because they think its going to be an incredibly hot selling product. Understatement of the century. Sources who have spoken toDigiTimes, which has an above average track record when it comes to Apple rumors, say that Foxconn, that huge Chinese manufacturing company where working conditions are so dire that a string of suicides took place last year, is already pumping out 150,000 iPhone 5 units per day. The sources go on to say that they will likely be 5 to 6 million iPhone 5 units made during this month alone, and another 22 million during the last 3 months of this years, for a total of 28 million.

What we know about the iPhone 5 so far does not amount to much. It will have the A5 processor found in the iPad 2, it will pack an 8 megapixel camera, and it will come out in late October if a Best Buy computer is to be believed.
