MIPS unveils Ice Cream Sandwich Tablet

The table is the first Android Ice Cream Sandwich tablet to be available. The tablet uses an Ingenic JZ4770 APU that uses a MIPS-based XBusrt CPU operating at 1GHz.

The tablet has a 7-inch screen, but the firm says that it will offer 8-inch and 9-inch devices soon. The new tablet is in Japan only right now, but it will come to the US and other countries soon. All of the versions of the tablet will have similar features. Those features include WiFi, a USB 2.0 port, HDMI 1.3, and a microSD card slot.
