iPad2 With Facetime For Q2 2011

An iPad supporting Facetime is not so much an object of speculation in and of itself as it is a guaranteed certainty. The only aspect of the matter being speculated upon is when Will DigiTimes are citing some of the manufacturers producing components for Apple as giving hints that we can expect a new iPad with Facetime, sometime early next year. In fact that can be narrowed down a little further to sometime during Q2 of next year. That would put an iPad2 launch sometime in the Spring.

The other interesting tidbit to come out of these companies is that the display components they are working on for the next gen iPad are for a screen measuring 9.7 inches. That does not preclude the rumored smaller iPad that some have been talking about, but it doesn't do anything to prop up such rumours either.
