Image quality settings have also been updated, and users will now see a ‘Recommended’ option for optimized display and settings for White balance adjustment. Access to the Side sense gesture controls has now been moved from the main ‘Operation & View’ section to Settings > System > Gestures. There’s also a new option to view Multitasking usage guides (Split-screen and Pop-up window) within the Side sense menu.

Other changes include a revised method for choosing the lock screen clock, and users can now tweak the clock by going to ‘Wallpaper & style’ and swiping through options on the lock screen preview, with additional lock screen settings now accessible from the Home screen’s ‘Wallpaper & style’ menu.

Finally, the Screen mirroring function has been relocated to the ‘Cast’ function in the Quick settings panel. The update also adds a new option to check the battery’s health status under Settings > System > Device diagnostics.
