The Xiaomi Watch 5 Comes with a Dual-processor Setup and Six-day Battery Life

As far as wearables go, Xiaomi has pretty much spent the entirety of 2025 launching smartwatches and fitness bands left and right. Not content with this, the company has decided to end the year with the debut of the Xiaomi Watch 5, which goes for just around $280 and is currently exclusive to Chinese markets.

In terms of hardware, the Xiaomi Watch 5 features a 1.54-inch AMOLED touch screen, which is covered with a Sapphire Crystal glass layer, is rated for 5ATM water resistance. The watch also comes with a crown and action button on the side for controls, and is available in three different colour variants.

For software, you’re getting HyperOS from Xiaomi, in addition to eSim support for on-the-go data connectivity, support for 150 different sports modes, as well as health-tracking features such as step counts, heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking.

Xiaomi has also equipped the device with a 930mAh battery which can last for up to six days, although users can stretch this to as much as 18 days in battery-saver mode. Finally, powering the device is a dual-processor setup headed by a Snapdragon W5 SoC alongside a Hengxuan 2800 low-power chipset.
