Google has just started updating the LG Nexus 4 to the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop, the device has already got 5.0 last year. The Update is rolling-out Over-the-air (OTA) to all Nexus 4 users, it’s seize is about 174MB. Remember it’s a staged roll-out so it won’t be available to all Nexus 4 devices at once.
The Lollipop 5.1 update has build number LMY47O and mostly packs bug fixes and performance improvements to the device. The minor additions include the new Device Protection feature, as well as the ability to quickly pair Bluetooth devices and join WiFi networks directly from the quick settings panel.
