Razer recently announced that it was launching the DeathAdder V4 Pro, the latest addition to its high-end gaming mouse lineup. Priced at around $170, the V4 Pro packs a lot of features that are designed to give users more fluid gaming sessions, especially for users who are looking for something to use for more intensive sessions and even tournaments.
Razer says that the DeathAdder V4 Pro is its first mouse to feature Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2, which on paper should be able to deliver 63% better power efficiency, and 37% lower latency than its predecessor. Razer also says that the mouse is designed for improved responsiveness at up to 8000 Hz (both wired and wireless), with up to 150 hours of battery life.

The DeathAdder V4 Pro also features Razer’s first Optical Scroll Wheel, which the company says is more precise and durable versus mechanical alternatives; the mouse also comes with fourth-generation Optical Mouse Switches which have been designed to endure up to 100 million clicks. Available in black and white, it also features Razer’s Focus Pro 45K Optical Sensor Gen-2 for better accuracy.
