While most smartphone brands use the “A” branding as a means of differentiating more affordable smartphone options (as seen with Google and Samsung), Nothing has gone one step further and introduced an even more wallet-friendly handset with the new Nothing Phone 3a Lite, which comes priced starting at $249.
The phone notably ditches the more complex glyph notification setup seen on more expensive Nothing Phones, instead opting for a more subdued notification light on the rear panel. Inside, the phone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset alongside 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable micro SD storage, and there’s also a 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging support.

There’s a triple-camera setup on the rear panel, although it isn’t anything too special – leading the pack is a 50MP main camera, accompanied by a 2MP macro sensor and an 8MP ultrawide camera. For software, the phone comes with Nothing OS 3 on top of Android 15, and Nothing promises up to three years of major Android upgrades and six years of security patches.
