Meta has just announced that it is launching Meta One today, which offers users a tiered subscription service across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Meta AI worldwide. While the core experience across Meta’s main apps remains free, the new service adds a bit more features, and a whole ton of AI as well.
That said, Meta One comes with single-product tiers which include Instagram Plus, Facebook Plus, and WhatsApp Plus starting at $2.99 a month – signing up gets you custom fonts, themes, and Messenger customization, although users looking for even more AI integration can opt for the Core bundle at $7.99 a month, or the Premium bundle at $19.99 a month. The latter choice does offer expanded image and video generation via Muse models in addition to in-app tools like Instagram Restyle.
Meanwhile, creators and businesses can access professional upgrades starting at $14.99 a month for the Essential plan, $49.99 for Advanced, and $149 to $499 a month for Expert and Max tiers. These commercial packages include a verified badge, automated follow invitations, expanded access to the Meta Business Agent for customer support, and advanced publishing features like 30-day story scheduling and exportable analytics.
Meta plans to expand the service over time to include upcoming features like Edits Plus, which will let users access cloud storage and AI-based workflow assistants directly within the apps that they already use.
