Today, LG unveiled its most powerful Android smartphone ever, the LG G3 LTE-A for its domestic Korean customers. It will go on sale in all across Korea on July,25th. Following the steps of Samsung, who also released the Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A in the Korean market with higher specs than the international variant.

The LG G3 LTE-A Cat 6 (aka LG G3 Prime) builds on the international G3 hardware but improves with a faster chipset, it packs a Snapdragon 805 along with a 3 GB RAM and the Adreno 420 GPU, which makes it the most powerful Android device LG has ever released to date.
The LG G3 Cat 6 will also have 225 Mbps downlink capabilities in South Korea thanks to its Qualcomm Gobi 9×35 category 6 LTE-A modem.

The LG G3 LTE-A Cat 6 will meet the Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A spec for spec and on retail shelves. The question remains, though when will the rest of the world see these two devices ? Who knows!
