Samsung released two version of the Galaxy S5, the original Galaxy S5 Snapdragon 801 and Galaxy S5 Octa-Core. The Octa-core version packs a Samsung’s Exynos 5 Octa chip with 8-cores CPU, the other variant packs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 Quad-core (4-cores) CPU. We have the AnTuTu benchmark test results of both models.


The Galaxy S5 Octa-core scored over 38K, while the S801 model scored 36K. With the Galaxy S4 generation. The Exynos 5 Octa version of the Galaxy S5 have a lead, especially in the CPU department, 2,000 points is not a major different but you can feel the performance different between both Models.
