Huge leak this Friday morning not only reveals a promotional contest being run by Sprint for the Samsung Galaxy S6, but also reveals new images of both the Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. According to the written directions on the leak, those who pre-register for both devices can win one of six Samsung Galaxy S6 units that are being given away each week for a limited time.
Pre-registrations are different from pre-orders since no money changes hands. By giving Sprint certain information, including your email address, you are kept up-to-date on the progress of the phone’s launch and are told when pre-orders are expected to start.
In some cases, those who pre-register either get a discount on the purchase of a device, or are entitled to a free accessory. In this case, getting entered in a contest that gives away Sammy’s new flagship phone is probably enough of an incentive to pre-register.
